This week....

I started BOOT CAMP....that is Fitness Boot Camp!

I went three days this week, it kicked my ass. Every day I thought I would either pass out or throw up. I think my body is in total shock. There is not one inch of my body that does not hurt, okay that's not true my toes and fingers are feeling good but that is it. I'm trying it free for two weeks, even though it's kickin me around I really like it and want to join for at least three months. It feels good to sweat like that and I have never slept better than I have this week!! The thing I like about it, it's not just a workout it's also nutrition information. All the women I have met in class this week have had amazing results and had nothing but good things to say. True test is if I make it through another week!!

Also this week....

I finally finished transferring my pictures from my old computer to my new MacBook. I'm still learning how to use this computer, it's so different. Katelyn is my teacher, she is a pro. But I have to say I love it already but it's gonna take some time getting use to it.

Also this week......

I don't know about you but gas prices in our town are crazy high. I filled up on Wednesday for $3.03 a gallon. Drove by Thursday it was up to $3.07 and Friday $3.09 seriously Gas Company the gas is already in the tanks at a purchased price why raise it over night and timing it before a holiday many drive to Grandma's house for? Ticks me off! End of rant! Thanks!

Also this week.....

I'm so excited for Christmas, Katelyn says I'm going crazy! Yesterday I bought her a little Christmas tree for her room. Ten wreaths and red bows for each window in the front of our house. And five boxes of candy canes......in case there is a shortage this year I'm totally prepared! Plus remember Germany the creators of Christmas did not have candy canes so I'm makin up for last two years!Oh and I also bought Taylor Swifts Christmas CD but I'm not playing until after Thanksgiving I swear! I think people aren't in the Christmas mood yet because of the weather, yesterday it was 60 degrees here! And to think I was afraid of Buffalo winters.....! Today it is only going to be 55 degrees might try and get hubby to hang Christmas lights but not turn them on until after Thanksgiving of coarse!

Have a wonderful weekend!!

So happy for you and your new adventure at Boot Camp! I need to get to the gym myself, walking 4 dogs plus tennis 2x per week does not do it! I had gotten a bicycle in September but it snowed shortly thereafter so I need to keep in shape to use it next spring.

Gas prices in Alaska are horrible. Plus my car takes premium gas, almost $4 per gallon! A fillup for my car is about $54. Insane.

enjoy decorating and the season, Kathy! Sounds like you are so happy to be stateside. Many hugs, xoxo

Yay Boot Camp! I did one here in Portland and it was awesome!! Keep it up. I am totally getting into the Christmas spirit already. I will miss Christmas time in Germany with all the great markets but at this point I am just counting down the days until I get to see my hubs!

Good for you for going to boot camp and for getting a mac! Love my mac. Its not too early for Christmas lights in Texas, despite the still-warm weather. If you have 'em up, might as well turn 'em on!

I love bootcamp and have to tell myself during the workout that I will not die! Been close to pucking, but never have. It will make you realize that your body is stronger than you think, and you will see results!!
Go girl!!!

Any fitness program is good for you, so hopefully you'll survive and stick with it.

Gas prices here keep going up. Right now they're around 2.89 a gallon.

I just heard my first Christmas song on the radio earlier today. I haven't even thought about it yet, let alone start my shopping.

Good for you! Do they run in your boot camp? I'm not a runner and the one in the UK included running.

I got a Mac when we moved back. I still don't know all the bells and whistles but I'm learning and I like all the tutorials.

What in the world?! Who doesn't have candy canes?! That's CRAZY.

I paid $2.99 yesterday and remember having a vague feeling that it was starting to climb (we always have high gas prices in Wisconsin).

Way to go on the boot camp thing!! I haven't gained my weight back, but all of my muscle has changed back to flab. I figure I can get strong again in the spring...

I can't believe that Germany, of all places, didn't have candy canes.

And you just wait, I bet my March you're going to be singing another tune about the winter, haha.

Im so ready for christmas too! this time last year we started getting snow..no sign of the freezing cold temps yet so maybe this year won't be as brutal. I know you had similar where you were lastyear aswell. Enjoy the candy canes! I still havent been able to find any here..lol

Gas here in Los Angeles is crazy too. I don't know why it changed daily-- We're up to $3.13 for regular. Sheesh.

I still have my Halloween decorations up- You are way ahead of me :-)

Keep up the good work, xo jj

I'm right there with you. I have a trainer and go faithfully 3x/wk with an extra Zumba class in there. My booty is still shaking a half hour after class! :)
