First day of school today! Almost forgot to take a picture...oops! She is not happy having her picture taken with her bike helmet on! Hates wearing it .....messes her hair ya know! I'm pretty sure that thing comes off the second her Dad turns the corner! Backpack loaded down with every school supply and locker gadget know to German mankind, all matchy and accessorized ready to rock the 10th grade!! That's my girl!

My Sophmore!
First day of school today! Almost forgot to take a picture...oops! She is not happy having her picture taken with her bike helmet on! Hates wearing it .....messes her hair ya know! I'm pretty sure that thing comes off the second her Dad turns the corner! Backpack loaded down with every school supply and locker gadget know to German mankind, all matchy and accessorized ready to rock the 10th grade!! That's my girl!

Awh she looks soo cute. I hope she does great in school. How are the schools out there? It reminds me of my family growing up. I miss being soo close with family. I think I just rolled a tear.

My mom use to take photos of us every year of our first day. Oh how I would not like it growing up, but now it is fun to look back on. I love how her bike matches her outfit. Fun and pinky! Oh I LOVE Katelyn's little pink shoes!!!!!! Very cute! I wish her a great Sophmore year. School starts today here in Anchorage too. Last night all the children in the neighborhood were frantically getting in their last carefree street games and bike rides in!! So adorable!! xoxo

I used to walk to the corner and take off everything my parents made me wear and then I'd go to school and throw out the apple I got every day. I just recently told my mother that and she was shocked.

I love the outfit and matching bike. She looks ready to go! I especially like that she has a sweater on. The poor kids around here are going to school in 100' weather. There is no way to dress for that kind of school day! Hope she has a great year!

I'm with her, I know I always ditched my snow hat the second I turned the corner whenever my mom made me wear one to school. If she had made me wear a helmet to ride my bike I would've done the same thing.
Soon it will be the car keys. Think you can get her to drive with the helmet? :)
