What Helps ME Relax?
Communal Global every Tuesday is sharing day! I visit this blog daily it features women from all over the world featuring their "TODAY" through pictures. This Tuesday share is "What helps you relax?" Okay well here are a couple things that do help me...but I think these days my life is pretty relaxed without them too.

I'm up early and my first cup of coffee is one of those one-cup, pour-the-boiling-water-over-the grounds...not good for the first cup. Time to get out the big guns.
I'd def' go with the coffee ~ and the wine at times :D

So important to know what relaxes us!! I used to be a coffee drinker, but have become more of a tea drinker in the last couple of years. And yes, it relaxes me....ahhhh, that first sip.
