Heading out...

This little baby is going to do some driving....her first road trip....she is behind the wheel. Well it's Spring Break here and we are heading to Pennsylvania to tour colleges making our way to Washington DC.

Seems like yesterday she was playing in the car and now I've been booted to the back seat and she is in control of the radio, temperature and our lives!  I'm really excited to be heading to see colleges...she wants to be at least 3 hours from home.....3 hours!!

So Pennsylvania here we come...not sure what to expect, either is she...I can't wait to see what she thinks or likes......rural or urban.....big or small!

Also excited to head to Washington DC my first visit.....I think we are too late for the cherry blossoms. I can't wait to see it all...maybe run in to Obama family!

Have a wonderful week catch you after Easter!

Oh how exciting. But somehow I feel every one is leaving and I feel sad.

I think you'll be amazed in a good way at all the universities are offering now, not just in terms of academics but the amenities-who wouldn't want to go??

Have fun in D.C.-a fabulous town!

So exciting... I work at a University and now seeing the Seniors coming to make their decision and hear the Sophmore and Juniors on tours... I have a niece in DC at Catholic University, she loves it!

Sounds like so much fun! Our daughter goes to school in Pennsylvania - a 20 hour drive from home!

I hope you'll see a few cherry blossoms. They are so amazing! And please give the Obamas a shout out from me!

Have a wonderful trip! Sounds wonderful :D Say 'hi' to Obama! ;D

(thanks for your kindness at my place...just thought I'd be all nit-picky and point out that I actually live in Finland, and not Sweden. Not that there's a huge difference to the rest of the world LOL)

Our twins are in the final countdown to "choose" the spot they attend. Every age has it's phase and now as parent's we must let them know that this is an important decision in life along with many more to follow.
Good luck "back seat" driving!
Enjoy the tours and take it from me, silence is golden.
