1. It's National Bike Week...do you own a bicycle? When did you last ride a bike? 

Yes I do! I love my bike 

It was my mode of transportation while living in Germany. Since moving back to the states I've rode it a few times, last time was last summer. 

2. What's something you learned in school that wasn't part of the curriculum?


How to make friends, how to be a friend, how to be a good listener,how to stand up for what is right and what you believe. 

3. What's a food you've never tried, but want to try? What's a food you've tried and will never try again?


There are lots of food I haven't tried and don't want to....I'm not adventurous with food! 
Maybe Cajun food I'd try in the right environment like New Orleans! Food I'd never try again...Rabbit! 

4. Have you been more demanding on yourself lately or less? Why? Do you think that's a good trend?


Always too much....I have less time and still want to do the things I did when I had more and something has to give! I'm learning to let go of my old life and embrace the new.

5. Who is your favorite book, movie, or TV show villain? 


Wicked Witch of the West haunted my dreams for years!

6. How concerned are you about identity theft? 


I'm concerned and try to change my password's a lot I hope it never happens because that would totally suck!

Have you heard about Zach Sobiech? Such an extraordinary boy...He passed away Monday May 20th . My heart goes out to his family and friends. I heard about him from Mrs. 4444's she is a teacher and has introduce me to amazing video that truly inspire and some that just make me laugh. This one is word watching....Make sure you have tissues near by!

Having a hard time balancing life since I started working.

Now that the weather is nice and Katelyn is home.

Balance and focus totally off.

Feel like a hamster on the wheel of life.

Everyday the same thing....round and round I go

Crashing when I come home and getting little done

Especially since discovering Candy Crush App......

So the weekends are spent running and doing 

You know what I mean...ugh! 

Life is going by too fast!

Today my ❤ is happy

My girl is on her way home TODAY

Her freshman year over....

It was a blink of an eye....

I missed her like crazy...

But

But 

We loved our lil empty nest

I survived without her

More importantly she survived without us

Can't wait to give her a big HUG and Kiss! 

A chapter closing....

Ever have the feeling you are treading water so lightly.....

 Your so busy crossing the t's and dotting the i's 

Even the littlest addition to your long list of must do's throws you?

We finally put our house in Utah up for sale

It's been rented by several different renters over the years since we left

We held on to it for several reasons 

We thought we were moving back after our time in Germany

Well that didn't happen....here we are in Western NY

The market in Utah had not recovered yet

 and we couldn't get we we needed

Timing is everything... 

May 2nd it went on the market 

May 5th we accepted an offer and are under contract

Hopefully by July we should be closed and the bleeding of cash will stop

Finally we can focus on our life here 

Finally one less worry, one less chore

I know we will live in Utah again 

It's home

And I was all boo hoo my baby is leaving for college?

It's been nine months...

She has worked her butt off

She has made her Dad and I proud

She is the happiest I've ever seen her

Well she is in her last week of her Freshman year

Can you believe it

 We all survived

I survived 

It's been so fast and so good

She said she has been studying for finals

Took a much needed break for a concert with friends

Gotta go back stage and meet this cutie...

She looks happy uh?

Can't wait to see her next week...
