I'm back from Brimfield and NJ

It's hard to describe Brimfield Antique show...it's the largest in the world.
6 miles of 6,000 vendors.
The first day we got there at 6 am...
Great for parking but bad for shopping...
A lot of vendors spend their mornings recovering and shopping other vendors...
That was a little puzzling...
Some didn't open their tents until 9 or after...
But I would still advise coming early, premium parking is a must.
We made countless trips back to our car.
My sister and I walk for 11 hours the first day and six the next.
so much to see it was the mecca of all things antique, vintage , industrial and odd!

We started our mornings with hot apple cider donuts and coffee...donuts were out of this world..
My sister tried to get me to just share one....haha she is funny...one isn't even enough!

The mornings were foggy and lots of dew..

you had to do a lot of picking through to find the treasures

 or art...something for everyone!

Some booths were set up like stores
those were the easiest to shop.
With 6,000 tents to see you had to move through quickly!

Best people watching in my life....
 cool pieces
Large pieces....lots of big items for stores and restaurants.
Saw many people with store plans and measuring items.
Some really odd and disturbing things

I bought a Christmas gift or two!
Lots of linens and grain sacks to be found....

The hands were everywhere...it was so creepy...
Lots of shoe forms and bright colored stuff

Industrial letters and other Industrial items galore.
On my sisters wish list for her back patio
 Always the preppy girl.

At the end of the day even this $238 dollar wine glass couldn't help my aching feet, legs and hips!
Next your I need to train for Brimfield!

If you ever have a chance go it's worth it....
They have the show 3 times a year
May,July and September!

I will post what I bought later in the week!

Happy Tuesday!

Oh my gosh, I can't even believe how much there was to see there. The unusual things were oh so unusual!!!!

So excited to see what you ended up with which must be a lot with all the trips back to the car you mentioned you had to make!

This looks like so much fun and reminds me of some of the huge antique fairs we went to in England. Can't wait to see your loot : )

I would have been a kid in the candy store. The hands are good for holding rings and necklaces. I can't believe you ate just one donut let alone share. Lol... Did you see my comment on instagram? I am so in love with the same garden piece as Patty!! 😍
