Thank you for all the blogging love I really appreciate it. I don't mean to be a Debbie downer I think it's been a long road of change.  I'm going to focus on the sunshine in my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Today the sun kissed my cheeks and I felt it.

Amazing what happens when you decide to focus on the sunshine in your life, even a little light!

Sunshine definitely makes everything seem just a little bit nicer. Ex pat life is an up and down experience. It's okay to unload on the down days. You're living in a country whose language is not your own. You gotta talk to someone and I think blogging can sometimes fill that gap. Hope you have a great weekend!

I'm back in town and catching up on reading blogs. I really appreciate what you wrote in the previous post. I don't live in a different country, but our move to Nebraska has really shaken me up. It is all so very foreign to me. After nearly five years, it is becoming easier though. One of the keys, I think, is what you're doing...recognizing how hard it is, instead of pretending that it's all good. The change is hard and - personally - I resist so much of it. I'm praying that you experience more and more sunshine with each passing day.

Everyone has the right to be a "Debbie downer" once in a while. I hope you're able to find plenty of sunshine there in Germany. :)

Don't apologize for sharing LIFE with us. It's not all wonderful and we learn from those Debbie Downer moments!

Glad you are feeling more like sunshine, though! I know it makes you feel better!

We've all been there. Feeling the kiss... that's what makes it all worth it in the end, eh?

Lovely images Frau. You really know how to get your emotions across through photos. I think I felt it too!
