We've been doing much of the same. I'd love to get out for a walk, but it's too cold and icy still. Guess I'm stuck inside finishing the Christmas cookies : )

I LOVE that you said "lots of slugging on the couch" and my BRAIN pictured the kind of "slugging on the couch" that my CHILDREN did with each other when they were home - - - which involved slugging each other and NOT the pleasant variety I'm sure YOU had in mind.

Great Christmas colors in your pictures
I am savoring the last few days before we head back to begin the New Year, back to work for some, back to school and off to a fresh start. Three days and then back up at the ski chalet to ski and unwind.
We have been enjoying all the snow and cooking with what we have. Going to bake some brownies now.:)
