Merry Christmas eve eve eve eve

It's Friday and the eve of the eve of the eve of the eve of Christmas Eve!
Wow it's finally here the last hurrah before Santa comes!
Are you ready?
I am......well kinda
I'm still waiting for a few gifts to come via mail
I hope they come today!
We also need to bake some more cookies!
Oh and shop for Christmas dinner!
What's for dinner at your house?
Traditional meal?
It's just the three of us, kinda nice we can do whatever!
It's gonna be steak, mash potatoes, asparagus, sweet potato pie and yummy rolls!

It' suppose to start snowing today at 4pm and another storm tomorrow
they say it will be very cold and the snow will stick around for Christmas!
I really hope.....there is something special about a white Christmas!

I do want to say with four days until Christmas my neighbors down the street need to take their pumpkins and corn stalks down...seriously it's officially winter TODAY! And to the several other houses in town with pumpkins and wreaths.....no thats not okay!

Happy Friday!!

I am waiting for one more gift to come in the mail. Cleaning house today and then wrapping presents.
I will be doing some baking Sunday and Monday. We now do a Lou Malnati's frozen deep dish pizza from Chicago so I don't spend all day in the kitchen cooking. Your steaks sound good! It is just the six of us here in California and it's a fun day. I always buy a new pair of PJ's to wear Christmas Day! Have a very Merry Christmas....

mmm dinner sounds delish! We've ordered a complete turkey with all the trimmings from one of the hotels here - they all seem to offer it so its very popular. No need for my guy to wrestle with dinner or try to fit a turkey into our small apartment oven. Have a wonderful Christmas and all the best for an awesome new year xo

Pumpkins still out - I would have thought some animals would have eaten them by now.

More cookies - never enough
Merry Christmas

The new picture of you up in your header is simply stunning!

Oh yum, I like how you eat over there! I just brought a houseful of stuff to storage today and tomorrow is the big clean. Then Sunday my daughter arrives!

Since we are doing Christmas a bit different this year at the cabin. I was thinking for Christmas Eve angel hair pasta with lemon roasted shrimp. Christmas morning baked French toast and for dinner filets, twice baked potatoes, brussel sprouts and salad. Dessert chocolate pecan pie.

LOL, love the neighbors and the pumpkins, classic.
Sounds like you have a great Christmas planned, I hope you get your White Christmas. There is something special about that, isn't there?

I still have pumpkins! Only because I asked my husband if I should compost them and he said to put them on the table. Luna Pie found them and loves to carry them back and forth. She even took one for a walk the other day.

We're having roasted chicken, dressing, mashed potatoes and whatever our friends bring. I love Christmas dinner.

Enjoy your family.

We're normally with a lot of extended family on Christmas Eve and have a big turkey dinner. Since its just the four of us we're breaking with tradition and grilling steaks. Can't wait!!

Merry Christmas!

Traditionally in England we are supposed to eat turkey roast but we will be having a chicken roast dinner with stuffing balls and lots of vegetables.
Your meal sounds good.
Happy Christmas.

Hmm, I'm still waiting for gifts that I'd ordered, too... I'll have to prepare something as tide-over gifts until the real thing arrives. Ugh.

I wish you and your family a very wonderful Christmas! Thank you for always stopping by my blog and also at Communal Global and leaving such sweet comments. :)

We had a little bit of snow. It was a white Christmas after all!
I finished wrapping around 1pm on Christmas Eve. We spent the night with friends. If I knew what your dinner menu was, I think I would have taken a drive and crashed the party!
