K is for Katelyn

K is for Katelyn

Katelyn is four weeks away from finishing her first year at College!
What a fast year it's been.
Last year we were all in the thick of prom, graduation and college prep!
I can't wait for her first year to be over and we can all breathe a sigh of relief.
They say the first year of her program is the worst.
My girl has never been happier.
She loves where she is and what she is doing.
She has made incredible friends.
Had incredible experiences.
Her smile is back...
Her laugh and sense of humor is back...

Her life is rich, fuller and will never be the same!
Last year when she thought HS was the most important time of her life
I told her no the next chapter will be and I think she agrees.

Life long friends are being made
Bff's, Diva Sisters
Oh what a year it's been

K is for My Katelyn
I love her and miss her!
But couldn't be more happy to see her smile!

A happy face on your child spreads joy to the whole family.
The college environment is typically much better than High School.

Her life is the perfect blend of hard work and good times. She deserves it. You and Craig raised a lovely girl . Of course, I am biased :)

Wow, this year did fly by, I remember you posting about her leaving for college, seems like a couple of weeks ago.

Your girl is glowing and I can see the joy radiating from her. My girl will soon be graduating from 8th grade and on her way to "High School." Any tips will gladly be appreciated. I plan to hang on for the ride.

How quickly this time will fly with her in college. Savor the little moments you can still be together.

We're sharing our youngest daughter's last year in high school. With the year coming to a close and everything so chaotic with prom and the soon to be graduation...I am reminding her to enjoy this process and not take it for granted. You have so much to be proud of. The first year is such an accomplishment. Loved the pictures of your travels.

I'm so happy she is having such a wonderful experience. I really can't believe she's been in college for almost a year. I remember the countdown.
