I'm sick :(

I'm sick and I'm not the best patient. I admit there is some whining, moaning and cries of why! Why me! Have any remedies to share?

I hope you feel better. If you go to a German doctor they will give you a gazillion different medicines to take, but I would recommend rest, Vitamin C, and others taking care of you!

I hear Vick's Vapor Rub on the soles of your feet will stop the coughing.

Bundle up and feel better soon!

Gute Besserung! I had it last week and I still dont feel 100% again. Didnt go to work, but I went to the doc. That happens each 5 years I think ;-) He told me to take 3x paracetamol a day and "Gelomyrtol" to make that stuff inside you liquid *gg*.

Snow again today, but a wonderfull winter sun. Stay in bed and enjoy the view. Let your girl get you some chicken soup. Drink a lot of tea. And sleep as much as you can. You will be well soon, I hope, because there is still an upcoming meeting, as you know ;-)

Rest-Rest-Rest. Lots of fluids... orange juice for you! And let your husband and daughter wait on you.
I do hope you start to feel better soon. Now go to bed!

Poor thing! Sure will be nice to see the backside of Winter and the flu season. Break out the chicken soup, put your feet up and insist that everyone wait on you!

Hope you're feeling better soon.

Hugs,
Deb

Just catching up with you. Hope you feel better soon! Your experiences with your German teacher crack me up! I agree with you, I believe you have taught her lots!! I hope you leave Germany in July, I think "enough is enough", Buffalo is probably a great place too and you are near places to ski! Plus closer to family! Speaking of which, glad Jordan is on the mend! xoxo
