I heart HONEY CRISP APPLES

My bootcamp trainer said eat lots of fruits and veggies, before reaching for the holiday goodies! Easy for him to say Mr. Zero Body Fat non coffee wine drinking MAN!!

My goal is not to gain over the holidays. Try and exercise daily and enjoy the holiday and all it's offerings like these babies my friend sent me.
Sea Salt Chocolate covered Caramels
OMG....have you tried them? Amazing!!
And there gone!! :(

I heart Sea Salt Chocolate Caramels more then Apples!!

I say eat them together also! Honey crisps are the best apples though and WHAT a great pic of them. Did you take it? And where did you make the caramels?

The honey crisp apples in the grocery store where I shop are as big as melons and they are wonderful.... and expensive. I have seen the Sea Salt Caramels and have resisted so far because I know exactly where they would end up.

We have a local chocolate shop that does the salted caramels and they are truly amazing. I think about them often but at $2.50 a pop it is easy to control myself! Enjoy your treats!

Apples with Nutella and Peanut Butter!!! Finished off with salted caramels.....

Its all good. I was enjoying this post and remembering your gym experiences in Germany.... such a difference. As long as you keep going to work out go ahead and enjoy!!! xoxo

I say one bite of apple then one bit of the caramels etc... I didn't notice if the caramels are covered in dark chocolate. If so, this is should be double points, dc is good for you. xo

always easier said than done! I think your approach is smart - enjoy the holidays, don't deprive yourself & be miserable and exercise to stay where you're at. perfect! :)

I LOVE Honey Crisp Apples too... I hunt for them... they are often so huge... I've done a few blogs on them as well.... YUM - but I'm not a fan of salt and chocolate - I know most people love them!!! Merry Christmas!
