Hi Frau! I'm back!!

Throw all those candies out!! don't eat them!! they are evil!! :)

I started WW online on Monday- I need to lose 25lbs (at least) I've let it spiral for the last two years and I'm done so don't delay woman and start now! You can still eat and I was always against WW because I thought it was too complicated but alas it's not so bad...once you figure it out you're good to go.

If you join let me know so we can be buddies on the thing and help each other out.

PS- the sugar withdrawal headache was the worst yesterday but now it's gone and I'm so freaking proud I didn't give in to it!

I enjoy all the treats the holiday has to offer until after New Years Day. But I too have let myself get a bit heavier so must make a conscious effort to be more active.

Maybe... we could start a challenge along the sides of our blogs after January 1 to encourage each other to move more and eat better?? I need to get to the stationary bike at the gym (where it is ok to read while riding)....We could be long distance partners and accountable to each other. .... others welcome to participate of course!

In the meantime, spice drops are fat free.... my favorite treat (candy) at any time are Peeps..... xoxo

Ina is on to something--a challenge is what I need. Glad you're off to a good start.

I am trying to stay away from the candy....that would be WAY too much temptation for me. You better toss them!
Hope you have an awesome New Year!

You are too funny! I love all of those candies, especially the hot ones. My teeth, on the other hand, do not. Eat up, you only have 3 days left until the new year!
XOXO

P.S. Your header is beautiful!!

It's all about the food this time of year, isn't it? It just keeps coming! Just when I think I've won against the never-ending baskets of chocolate and cookies, someone arrives with another box of delicious confections!

All I want to see this week is fruit and veg...no sugar, no bread, no cheese, especially no cream cheese!, no cream, ugh.

I say this but I'll probably be back in the Christmas cookies later : )

Wait a minute I thought you like candy corn at Halloween?!

I laughed at Kim's comment about crack candy, cuz my nephew said my laptop is my crack! LOL...

Well I look at it this way you have almost two months before Feb 14th. I love you either way, Christmas, VD, Easter and Halloween... xo
