Friday Fragments

It's Friday!! Woot Woot!

The arctic temps are returning to Buffalo this weekend and possibly other places too! Could reach to negative numbers.....burr! I'll be camping out by the fireplace all weekend! I downloaded an app yesterday to my Iphone...it's cute and totally tells me I have too much time on my hands and it takes little to entertain me! Sad! It's called Swackett it's a different kind of weather app....tells you according to the weather if you need to wear a sweater, coat or jacket or all three! I know like I can't figure that out on my own!

Football weekend....woot woot two more weeks of football yeah! I have to say I'm not a fan...my husband is....after not having American Football for two years while in Germany he is totally making up for loss time. Football on Saturdays,Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays.....football until I puke! But for some reason I sit there and watch occasional pay attention and cheer!  He doesn't follow a certain team so that's why we watch them all. But last weekend I was Face Booking go Jets probably Tweeted it too...like now that I'm a NY resident I am a loyal fan or something....one might be confused. I guess it's nice to have a team in NY that actually wins games....it's hard to be a BILLS fan see what I'm saying!

Go Jets!

My Zumba class started up this week so between my Bootcamp three days a week and Zumba plus a few walks on the treadmill this week I'm trashed! My body aches and I'm walking funny! I'm ready for a restful weekend....hope you all have the same!

Happy Friday all!

One of the best parts of living abroad is that its hard for them to watch football! I too am looking forward to that being over for a while.

We're going to have a little Super Bowl party, mostly because I've been cooped up alone too much this month : ) I can get wrapped up in a game even when I don't care about the teams. I think my inner competitor surfaces! We have a few Green Bay fans coming to the party so I sort of hope they're in it. I'll root for the Jets since my home team (Eagles) were beaten.

It is frigid here too. But sunny, so yay!

I, too look forward to the Super Bowl but I'm pretty sure for different reasons! I will no longer be living in a 'stadium of sorts' with all the man yelling!!!

With all the exercising you are doing, it doesn't leave too much time free time. Soon my friend you will be sporting some new curves!! Yahoo... Stay warm. xo

So funny! My team (NY Giants) is out. Boo hoo.

Anyway I am more of a baseball (Yankees) fan anyway. I have never ever been able to "get" football or the thousands of nuances and rules to that game.

This weekend I am going to make a crock pot of soup (Moroccan Lentil) and maybe see one of the Oscar nominated movies. Want to see The King's Speech... xoxoxo

Sounds like you deserve a bit of relaxation! good for you with all your exercising!!
my guy only watches NBA so I don't have a huge sports fan on my hands (thank goodness!) but it does make it fun when the team wins!
Go Jets! have a good one! :)

Hoe they're wrong about the freezing cold temps in your area. You guys have had more than your share of sold and snow.

Good luck with your team.
