Blue Door wins....

Over the weekend we painted our front door and two side doors. I wanted blue and hubby wanted anything but blue....we painted it blue with the mind set if he hated it, we would re paint it something else.

Love them.
Funny, you are the third person this week I found who painted doors. All that after I started nagging mine to paint ours. Must show him your photos. They would sway anyone!

YES! Victory!
I love it when home improvement projects turn out like we had hoped....so satisfying!

And I think some people could also even get offended over ghosts... ;)

To tell you the truth, I too was wondering why on earth did you want to paint them blue...:D But now, the color rocks and the doors look oh so elegant...:) Hats off to your honey, a job well done!!!!

LOVE the blue! Looks very warm and welcoming. How many people can say they have a blue door? It's good to think outside the box and be different!

I too love the blue doors! Way to go! Nice change and glad Mr. W likes them.

I did something this season I have never done before, well not exactly I have done this but not on the grand scale to which I did this past weekend... I blew the leaves from my driveway and gutter AND ALSO from Joan's old house driveway and gutter. The new kids who bought her house just had a new baby in May. They are not yard work people and the leaves were really getting out of control so I texted them and asked if they would like me to blow leaves away and they said yes! Actually it made me feel good to help and it was good exercise too. Speaking of Joan she is doing great in Pasadena! xo

I like it. I wish we could paint the door where we live (it's a rental blech) because it's unbelievably faded, warped and cracked. It looks awful.

That's what happens when the rental market in TinyTown consists of exactly 3 houses. You hope for best and pray the remaining time goes like lightening!
