Skiing

Skiing In St. Johann
We were a five minute walk for the slopes.
I skied 3 days, they skied 5.
Sunny blue skies everyday!
Wide open runs.
Amazing views, old barns, frozen lakes, cows, bears drinking soda!
Relaxing in the sun, drinking, eating, listening to live music!
Crazy colorful outfits!
Falling, finding your rental skis, fighting for a spot in line, some swearing.
Family togetherness, Smiles, a little whining, some bruising, sore feet!
Great time,lots of memories, happiness!

Oh, how I wish I skied! The only time I went, I swore afterwards that I would never go again. I guess it serves me right for having gone with my very skilled and quite impatient brother. We fought the whole day and I was so frustrated! But I suppose there are other things to do at a ski lodge other than ski, right? Was it hard for you to understand the accents in Austria?

omgosh, you have no legs.

did you notice, no legs?

see, that is what skiing does to you, it works your legs right off!!!

*giggle*

thanks for the pics and description. i'm a complete wuss about skiing. skiing makes me panic. all the schnapps in germany cannot calm me down. and snowboarding is even worse.

i do like riding the lifts in summer in switzerland, seeing the towns below.

Super photos! I don't think you need photoshop. I emailed Ina last night letting her know I am taking an online class in PS and said the 3 of us should have taken it together pulling out our hair! xo
