Snowing again.....

I know it's winter and I live in Western New York not Florida! But enough is enough, I swear it snows everyday! I feel like I'm stuck in a snow globe, everyday someone shakes it! Yes it's so pretty look at the snow fall shake it again ahhh! Enough!

I have had the same snow boots since the late 80's seriously! They are the best.....they are now my go to shoe I wear them every freaking day here! I'm so over them....like the snow!

It's too late in the game to get new and lets face it I've had these bad boys for twenty plus years! It's time......after this winter I'm retiring these boots to my emergency kit!

I have my eyes on these beauties!

Sorel Boots have never failed me so I'm sticking with them. These are the Joan of ARCTIC boots, pretty fitting since I believe Buffalo and the Arctic share the same zip code!

I'm dreaming of Spring and cute shoes!

Happy Sunday!
Stop by UnknownMami and see a little sunshine in her neck of the woods!

Can't compare to Buffalo snow, but we've had our share of NJ snow. I'm thinking yellow daffodils. I even put a yellow sweater on today. I bought a pair of Merona boots at Target. They certainly not Sorel, but they've helped in shoveling and brushing off the cars. Stay warm and make hot cocoa!

I wish I could say spring is around the corner for you, but I doubt you will have spring for a while if where you live is anything to Michigan. We lived there for three years and I couldn't take it. Maybe, you and the hubby can go somewhere warm soon.

Oy, we got like a foot of snow on Friday. And now we're getting really cold weather. They say Canadians are used to the cold - that is not true. We just know it's inevitable for that week or two in January/February that it's going to be so cold, that you don't want to go outside because 10 minutes of exposure could equal frost bite. I like having distinct seasons, but I wouldn't mind if it was March and not -20 Celsius.

Oooo! I love the new boots too :) I live in S.C. and have never had a pair of snow boots in my life but this winter I think I just might need them. Of course we cannot compare to your snow but I'm telling you here in the South where temps. should be in the 50's by day...we are experiencing COLD weather every morning and it is carried into the day... Like teens...TEENS and then low 30's!!! Did I tell you our normal temps. are usually in the 50's by day... We are expecting our 3rd Snow fall in less then a month this week. WHATS UP with that :) I say lets write a letter and end this cold weather thing now.

Lisa, Cold in South Carolina...where it is suppose to be warm...hello

I do love Sorels! They are the warmest (certainly not the prettiest)! Spring shoes sound like a nice dream!

We have absolutey no snow, and I pray it remains this way!! You've got to hang on & be strong & not let the snow give you the blues!!!

I'm in awe of people living in the big snow zones. I'm sure I would get sick of it very quickly. We're used to getting one, possibly two measurable snows a year. Already we've had three with more on the way. I love the snow, but I detest cleaning off my car and cannot stand the cold.

SPRING IS COMING!!!!

Yeah, snow gets old pretty fast. Just wait -- you will be antsy in March and April and ready for it to melt. Then you will need different footwear for the messy snow breakup.

Like your new boots and great idea to retire the oldies to the emergency kit! xoxo
