What I believe

Day 12 of Blog Challenge- What you believe?

I believe every day is a gift....
I believe in what I posted for my New Years Resolution:

Mend a quarrel. Seek out a forgotten friend. Dismiss suspicion and replace it with trust. Write a letter. Give a soft answer. Encourage youth. Manifest your loyalty in word and deed. Keep a promise. Forgo a grudge. Forgive an enemy. Apologize. Try to understand. Examine your demands on others. Think first of someone else. Be kind. Be gentle. Laugh a little more. Express your gratitude. Welcome a stranger. Gladden the heart of a child. Take pleasure in the beauty and wonder of the earth. Speak your love and then speak it again.

My niece posted this on Face Book and I've seen it many times before and I believe it ......

Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, let go of what you can't change.
Kiss slowly, forgive quickly, play hard, take chances, give everything, and have no  regrets.
Life is too short to be anything but HAPPY!

Have a Happy and Relaxing Weekend!

So true. I remember reading this when you posted it as your New Years resolution. What a positive attitude. I need to try to do the same :-)

Those are my beliefs as well. I may need to post them on my fridge though when I forget.

So true. What we believe and how we live need to line up more in our real lives. We forget too easy. I'm extremely passionate about forgiveness. If more people did it, we'd have less people dead. Less people would go to jail. Less people would need shrinks. Less addictions. More families would spend time together. More marriages would make it. Kids would appreciate their
parents for the good. I could go on...
(I had a typo before) Had to delete!
