I heard this song this morning driving to my boot camp class...I thought it was really fitting hearing this 1980's classic. Mainly because of how I was feeling..getting on my workout clothes....tired, sore and really not in the mood. I was feeling defeated,frustrated,unmotivated and wondering if it's worth it. I keep trying to eat better sticking to a diet of sorts and fall off the wagon....the viscous cycle continues. So today when Billy Idol sung to me I didn't hear a song about a white wedding and a little sister only the words "It's a nice day to start again"
It's the words I needed to hear...no matter what your goals are, today is a new day to start again.....! Thanks Billy you rock!

I love this song! And great interpretation - it's true, so easy to fall off the wagon. Now I'm not feeling so bad about the huge cinnamon bun I ate yesterday ; )

Ok.. so you just totally read my mind. Not about the Billy Idol song ( which I also love) but about my diet and exercising plan that isn't working out so well. every day I say.. I fudged up I will start again tomorrow.
ughhh a never ending cycle for me. I am going to look for a Baltimore boot camp.
