Decisions decisions........

It's final.....
She's made her decision....
She is off this fall to University
3.5 hours away...

Her father and I are so proud of the hard work and dedication she has given her school work. I'm happy to say every University she applied to she received a scholarship. The University she choose is a small Catholic University outside Pittsburgh. She was one of 35 students accepted into their accelerated Physician Assistant Program. With continued hard work and dedication in five years she will graduated with her Physician Assistant BS/MS degree.

Now she can sit back and enjoy her Senior year of High School and I can get writer's cramp from writing out checks!!

Congratulations to her. Small schools are wonderful because the people there look out for the students. So even though she will be away she will have adults who will watch out for her.

Woohoo for scholarships! Woohoo for a university that's just far enough without being too far away!

It means she can always come home on a weekend when she needs her mom :)

Congratulations on doing such a good job of raising her.

BTW, 3.5 hours is not to far to drive home on weekends with laundry bags. LOL

Congratulations! After 8 straight years of college tuition it was a gigantic relief to write that last check. It was so totally worth it though. Money well spent.

congrats I hope her goals come true. Five years of hard work can be overwhelming. In our family I know ones that stuck to what they started out for and ones that changed direction many times. Either way - all the best to her and the family.

Woohoo!
How proud you must be.
3.5 hours isn't too bad.
Definitely close enough for a laundry trip
every now and then. :)
