Happy Friday!!
Joining Mrs. 4444's from Half past kissin time
*Sorry to be a whiner, but I'm still sick and I'm sick of being sick!! Enough on that!
* Soooooo happy the election is over....lets all just get along and move forward! Enough on that!
* I had a job interview this week...it was intense! It's for an Administrative Assistant position and I repeat it was intense....over 3 hours long! If you missed the part it was for an ADMINISTRATIVE position. Enough on that just glad to have it behind me!
* Six Fridays until Christmas!! I'm starting to freak! Enough on that ...now you are freaking!
* 10 more days until Katelyn is home for Thanksgiving break!! Do I hear a Woot Woot! Can't wait!
* I haven't put up my Thanksgiving decorations....should I just skip and go right to Christmas???
* I finally went to eye doctor this week and have glasses on order! I'm blaming this on word verification! Any one else find it blurry? Sometimes it takes me three time before I see it correctly...I swear each attempt they make it clearer! Seriously what gives!! Please tell me this happens to you and it's not my old eyes!! I'm not sure who to blame on the pair I need for driving but as soon as I think of someone I'll be back!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Three hours for an administrative position...wow. That is intense. Good luck!
Whoa....that was a long interview....I can only imagine with No Potty Breaks?---'nough on that.
As for your glasses on order and blaming it on word verification. Gotta love that!!!! Seriously. I think you hit the nail on the head with that one.
Yikes! That's a crazy interview for an administrative job! I'm sure you were glad to get out of there, especially the way you've been feeling this week. I can't believe Xmas is so close - I'd skip the thanksgiving decor and go right to the good stuff :) hope you're feeling better soon - have a great weekend! Xo
Lol, I just got 2 new pairs of glasses yesterday - one for reading and one for driving. I won't say what I think of this getting old business :-)
(not that we are old, of course!)
That is too long for an interview... I mean really, what were they asking? I do hope you start to feel better, being sick is tough.
I hate glasses! I have a problem with close and far. I am going to look into bifocal contacts.
3 hours? Really? That is just crazy!
10 more days until your baby girl is home, YAY!
Feel better soon!!! xo
Word verification makes me angry. I wish everyone would remove it from their blogs. I will try twice, sometimes three if I really want to leave a comment, and if it still fails...I click away.
A three hour interview?! Holy Smack! I would have wanted to click away from that too. ;)
Word Veri is from the devil. Straight from him I'm sure. I quit commenting where word veri abounds long ago.
It has relieved my mind in so many ways!
;-)
Good luck with the glasses and I certainly hope they never take a swim in the washer followed by a ride in the dryer.
LOL you are funny Kathy, I never knew.
Word Verification should be banned from the ear th. Forever.
We're counting 'sleeps' til Thanksgiving too : ) Yes the word verification is blurry and clears as you go. Pretty sure it's some kind of crazy mind game.
Six Fridays until Christmas!! That made my heart skip a few beats. Feel better soon.
Fingers crossed on the interview and i sure hope you are feeling better soon. I think I'm coming down with a cold. All this time with no power may have done me in. Oh well.
When you put it in terms of Fridays, I am anxious!
If the interview is that intense, what will it be like to work for that company???
How many did they interview for three hours for that position.... amazing. Did you still want to work there after that? Hope you are feeling much better now.
Yes I sometimes have a few goes at the word verification... if I could remember who has them I would avoid those blogs, but as I have already written the comment, I keep at it until it goes through... then sometimes they then have moderation as well!!!
I honestly hate these word verifications. Sometimes it takes several tries before one gets them right.
I can see. It's the word verification. HATE it! Good luck on your interview! Thanks for dropping by :). It was nice to see you!
Ever since my lasik I have need readers. I hate it and feel soooooo old! I have a lovely Thanksgiving decor package that I can send right to your house..... http://mylifeincolor-cathee.blogspot.com/2012/10/digital-tuesday-thanksgiving-banner.html
Often I do not bother to leave a comment if there is word verification. Too laborious and time consuming. half the time I have to repeat it because I cannot figure out the number or whatever.
a 3 hour interview.... wow!!! keep us posted.
I never freak about Christmas. I don't do gifts at all. I just donate to animal charity or be a Secret Santa to a family in need... donate to the giving trees around town. No one really "needs" anything anyway. I am not a scrooge but life is much easier for me to just enjoy the season. xoxo
happy belated birthday!
word verification...pure evil i say! i really need to get my eyes checked too!
good luck on the job, you should get it based on getting through the 3 hr interview, shows stamina!
i didn't put up a single thing of fall decor i've been so busy with other things. will go straight to winter decor.
have a great weekend! xo
Sorry your not feeling well, hope you get better soon. No way, I can't believe only six more Friday's until Christmas. Yes I am freaking out.................
Wow. Am I out of the loop. I don't even know what word verification is or where it is. Anyhow, get better!
I wear 3 pair of glasses. My all the time pair. Then, computer ones ( so I don't have to put my neck out of sorts to see out the small space given for short distances) then reading. Because that is different from the former. Oh, I didn't even count sunglasses! When my husband and I went away, we took 9 pair between us. When we looked at our pile of glasses, we just cracked up. We are getting old!
It's not just you with the word verification blurriness. I find it hard to read sometimes, too.
Hope you feel better soon. Wow, a 3-hr interview for an admin post? That IS intense.
I always feel guilty about skipping the Thanksgiving decorations too, but sometimes I kinda lump all that into a general fall theme which I start in late September and keep up until I decorate for Christmas.
Yay, yay, yay for having your baby girl home for the holidays!
Eeeeeesh on that long interview!
I say, go for it and just break out the boughs of holly!!! : ) Sheeesh girl, although the outcome really scares me I also am glad that the elections are over!!
I bet that you are excited to have Katelyn home for Thanksgiving!! What are you gals planning to do while she's home?
: ) Good luck with the job ~ fingers crossed.
Three hours! Holy cow! After the first hour, they should start paying you.
