Happy Thanksgiving to you and your lovely family in Bremen! It is fun to see you comment on German life and (allthough)slowly dying traditions. I had my own impressions being in Berlin as well. It is interesting to come to Germany as a German living abroad. Some things have of course changed my prospective and I enjoy the benefits of both cultures. I am so home in Germany,I understand the oddities, the humor(?), the attidudes, I know where people get their inclinations from, but coming to my home in New York makes me truly happy. Hope your day is filled with gratitude!
