Sunday in My City-Spring ride

Happy Sunday in May!
We took a ride to Rhododendron Park in Bremen, Germany.
It started to rain as we rode to the park from our house.
I wanted to turn around, I may have whined a little.
I'm glad we went for the ride. It was so pretty.
It's a few weeks away from it's full bloom.
We had a long, tough winter so everything is behind schedule.
I hope perhaps by Mother's Day it is popping with more color.
It was pouring raining by the time we made it home.
I'm still cold!
Now you have seen mine go see Unknown Mami and others.

When you walk or ride a bike, you just experience so much more of what nature has to offer. Thanks for being uncomfortable for your ride and giving us these photos!

Germany is a wonderful country for biking, with all the bike lanes, and gardens. I always lived inner cities and biked everywhere, and i miss it so much. Beautiful collage. Now I've noticed these before...does Picnik do collages too? Thanks for the editing tip...I just downloaded Photoscape, and it does a lot of what Picnik does...it's free and saves on the upload & download time.

Rain - liquide sunshine.

You might only imagine how much I long for rain, as it has not been raining here for more than two months now.
Please have a wonderful start into the new week.

Don't you love it when you did not turn back when you wanted to, and it turns out to be a great decision? Looks like you had a great day.

Beautiful photos!! What a wonderful way to spend a spring day! In my neck of the woods, we seemed to have skipped right over spring and have been hit with summer already. Thanks for sharing these gorgeous pics, and for stopping by today for SIMC! :-)
